Integrating Peer-assessments with Flipped Classroom Design: A Case Study in A Graduate Pathway Economics Course (SUBMITTED)

Abstract

Since Covid, the shift towards online education has been accelerated. Studies have shown flipped classroom design is an effective instructional strategy in higher education. This study attempts to integrate peer assessment in the flipped classroom design to explore the influence of peer assessment on flipped classroom design. Overall, we find that students hold a positive perspective towards implementing peer assessments in flipped classroom.
